SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These General Conditions have as their object the purchase of products and services, carried out remotely via the Internet on the site "www.essetypiercinkstudio.it", hereinafter called EPS, owned by Luca Stefani with registered office in Via Codroipo 17, 33054 Lignano Sabbiadoro. The following General Conditions of Sale are an integral part of all our contracts for the supply of materials, even when orders are taken by telephone, verbally, by fax, e-mail or via the Internet.
EPS markets the products listed on this site to a clientele of consumers and professionals (users understood as artisans, professionals, traders, companies, etc.). The relationship between EPS and customers is governed by consumer protection regulations, including in particular Legislative Decree 185/1999 (distance contracts), Legislative Decree 50/1992 (right of withdrawal), Legislative Decree 24/2002, Law 126/1991 and articles 1469 et seq. of the Civil Code.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
By browsing and purchasing, the Customer unconditionally accepts and undertakes to observe in his/her relations with EPS, the general and payment conditions indicated below, declaring that he/she has read and accepted all the indications provided to him/her pursuant to the above-mentioned rules, also acknowledging that EPS itself does not consider itself bound to different conditions unless previously agreed in writing.
CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
The General Conditions of Sale must be examined ONLINE by Customers visiting the site www.essetypiercinkstudio.it before confirming their purchases. The forwarding of the order confirmation therefore implies full knowledge of these General Conditions of Sale and their full acceptance. The Customer undertakes, once the online purchase procedure has been concluded, to print and keep these general conditions of sale, already viewed and accepted during the purchase process carried out. The Customer is strictly prohibited from entering false and/or invented and/or imaginary data in the registration procedure necessary to activate the process for the execution of this contract and the related further communications; the personal data and e-mail must be exclusively the Customer's real company data and not those of third parties, or imaginary. It is expressly forbidden to make double registrations corresponding to a single company or to enter third party data. EPS reserves the right to legally pursue any violation and abuse, in the interest and for the protection of all consumers.
REQUEST A QUOTE
Any requests for quotes, forwarded via email, do not in any case represent an “executive sales order”. Following such requests, EPS will act exclusively to provide the information that is the subject of the requests.
